Our organisation seeks a young, enthusiastic, and results-oriented ICT and Training Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our ICT and training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for ICT and training solutions.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the ICT and training sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and contract compliance.
- Manage and develop a team of Business Development Executives.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the ICT and training industry.
- Design and deliver learning courses, workshops, and other training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in ICT or training.
- Not more than 30 years old.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the ICT and training landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
