It’s been a rather long and fulfilling year, with diverse pieces of training. Among the many workshops completed was the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ “Proficiency in Communication Skills and Public Speaking” and “The Use of ICT in 21st Century Journalism” training.
It was such a heartwarming moment to see our friends from the ministry again, sitting and learning in our world class learning environment.
The aim of the training, “Proficiency in Communication Skills & Public Speaking,” was to help the delegates properly communicate and build confidence in public speaking or communication in and out of their work field. Several key points were discussed, ranging from body language to seeking out opportunities to speak because continuous practice leads to perfection.
On the other hand, the training on “The Use of ICT in 21st Century Journalism,” featured key strategies and tools for gaining dexterity in journalism.
Both workshops received positive feedback from the delegates, as expected, as it’s our culture at Ferab Hilltop to deliver top-notch workshops.
